We can't talk about Ernesto without mentioning Prudencio. From the day we landed in Cusco, Pruden has been the one connecting us with truly exceptional coffee producers.

With a vision always focused on collective progress, Pruden leadsInca Valley, an organization that brings together more than 2,000 producers in the Cusco region. Their work has been key to promoting the development and quality of the area's coffee. Ernesto, for his part, has been one of the pioneers in exploringexperimental processesand new ways of processing coffee, a huge challenge for someone who comes from a washed coffee tradition. His commitment, curiosity, and desire to excel are the foundation of the collaborative work he does with Pruden and his team.

This lot reflects precisely that spirit:the desire to do things differently, to step out of their comfort zone and experiment with new methods to reveal unique profiles in coffees that, over the last decade, have already offered consistent and outstanding cups. Producing coffees in a rich environment, alongside innovative fermentation processes in the country, and rigorous control throughout the entire process, from harvesting to drying in their solar dryers located 2,200 meters above sea level.
